Focus on technologies and definition of state of the art.
A questionnaire will be sent to the inventors/owners of patent. After processing the answers received, a cost benefit analysis will be performed on the best technologies and, when possible, the pilot plants will be surveyed. Finally, the data sheets of the selected technologies will be drafted.
Territorial analysis and legislative framework in force.
This action aims to the definition of the most proper technology for each kind of production, in relation to size, location and infrastructure. The importance of this action lies especially in the necessity to focus the impact that new and available technologies for the processing, reutilization and management of the olive waste may have on the legislative process.
Data processing and illustrative material editing.
The results of previous actions will be collected, classified and integrated. The audio/video material and the slogan of awareness raising campaign will be realized at this stage.
Awareness raising campaign in Italy, in Spain, in Greece and in Portugal.
The message of the campaign will be spread among Italian, Spanish, Greek and Portuguese stakeholders via thematic conferences and publications. Questionnaires will be used to monitor the work.
